The most frequent question that is being asked is "How can I be treated by the SCIO at a distance?"

Quantum communication at a distance is not a new concept in the world of science. We understand that different species of animals have the ability to communicate with other members of their species at a distance with alarm reactions. In China canaries are kept to detect subtle changes at a distance in predicting earthquakes. During the Cold War the Soviets used rabbits on their submarines to create a link between the mother rabbit and the baby rabbits in Moscow.

With the Scio we have an opportunity to create this link in person or at a distance.

The following model is used to explain in a nutshell how we do this work at a distance. The model represents the different levels of the structure of matter namely the physical, molecular and quantum levels.

We know the physical exists, because our senses tell us so and on a physical dimension we have laws to explain to us how things work. We have the laws of Newton that explain motion and gravity and from a health care perspective a physical based health care system would include things like surgery or massage in alleviating certain conditions. However we do understand that everything on the physical level also exists on the molecular level. We can through electron microscopy observe this fact. It is explained by the laws of chemistry and bio-chemistry. Because matter is organized differently at a molecular level we have created a new set of law or rules to explain the behavior of matter. Changes on a molecular level can impact the physical level. An example is when we consume herbs or drugs this alters the biochemistry and can produce relief of the physical ailments.

In the 1920/30's physicists discovered another underlying layer of matter that rears beneath the molecular level and called this the level of the sub-atomically particle or the quantum level.

These events or particles could not be directly observed, however they could be observed in the traces that they produced on photographic plates and these early scientists began to discover that matter on this level acted very differently than on a molecular or physical level. They created a new theoretical base to explain the behavior of matter on a quantum level. And these are the laws of quantum physics or quantum mechanics.

A peculiar aspect of the quantum that was noticed very early on was the relationship between the act of observation and the appearance of the particles on photographic plates. When they had the machinery set up to record these events and there is no observer there would be no event recorded. As soon as they went to observe the event was there. They did thousands and thousands of trials to try and disprove this fact but they could not deny the fact that there is some link between activity on this level and the act of observation or human consciousness.

When there is an event on a quantum level, we create informational fields and they are not subject to the limitations of time or space. Matter on the molecular and physical levels is limited. On the quantum level time and space do not exist.

The human brain is made up of neurons which are not physically joined. They do communicate with each other at very high speeds through the passage of neurotransmitters and through subtle electrical signals and can be picked up, measured and recorded in EEG technology. Some of these neurotransmitter effects qualify as sub atomic as far as their size goes. We could say with accuracy that the human brain is generating fields of information on a quantum level. Because these energy fields literally fill the universe there is a certain level of functioning where human brains actually communicate with one another at a distance. This could be akin to what the psychologist Jung called the collective unconscious.

Bill Nelson synthesized in a computer program this functioning of the human brain. The ability to create energy waves, informational fields and also to receive those information fields at a distance. The computer is actually an analog of the brain and all human capabilities. Technology now synthesizes and replicates this communication aspect.

These energy fields are very subtle and will operate largely beneath conscious awareness and we are getting back to the idea of reactivity This is on the level we very often react to at a distance of events that are occurring with loved ones or people whom we have a strong connection. We call this ESP.

This model gives a scientific basis to many aspects of experience which we have relegated to the mythical or the mystical. Understanding this is a very important aspect to confirm that we are able to create a link. This is why we use the name, birth date and place of birth in quantum communication to locate the person with these parameters as a discrete source of information.

As the events on a molecular level impact on the physical level, events on the quantum level will impact the molecular and physical level. By descending to the quantum level, you get to the causal level - at which the SCIO is working all the time. The subtle shifts in consciousness that you are looking for in the client, may not be apparent in the session, but there are fundamental shifts going on and the client will ultimately come to new understandings which will facilitate greater responsibility and healing.
